See you in January?

That is the question we must be asking. 

Yesterday was another battle of the bests. Brady vs Manning round 16. While they both had great numbers through the air, it came down to the rest of the team. Coming into the game the Denver Broncos were easily the best team in football. Five weeks ago the sky was falling in New England. Oh how the tables have turned. After yesterday, it appears New England has the better team. Their special teams and defense played phenomenal. Wes Welker struggled to catch the ball (surprise) However looking at the Patriots next five games (at Colts, Lions, at Packers, at Chargers, Dolphins), it will not be a sure thing they lock up the top seed in the AFC.

Let us not forget the other teams in the AFC. The Steelers have been playing amazing football in large part to Ben Roethlisberger. The Colts have also been playing really well but lack a defense that can bring them the Lombardi trophy.

So will the Broncos met the Patriots again in January? I hope they do. I love this matchup because it is the best the NFL has to offer. I don't think it is a sure thing a lot of people think it is. There is still a chance for injury and collapse. Anything can happen. See you in January.
